One of the most unusual referendums will be held this Sunday in Switzerland – or least, that is how it seems if we judge by the publications in the local media.
In fact, the Swiss have been invited to comment on several issues, one of which concerns Covid-19 and a bill that gives the government additional powers to fight the pandemic. Other topics include pesticides, drinking water, carbon neutrality and anti-terrorism law.
