The significance of the green revolution for Europe and Bulgaria

The European Commission is planning major changes in climate protection – a package of laws called „Fit for 55” aimed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 55% by 2030. The ambition is for Europe to become the first climate-neutral continent by 2050. We asked Julian Popov, former environment minister; senior adviser to the European Climate Foundation and chairman of the European Building Efficiency Institute, for comment.
